How I work

My pricing is always tailored to each client’s needs, although it follows a standard rate card. I will be happy to send you my full price list upon request once you submit the contact form. Based on the details of your inquiry, I can also outline in my initial response what I believe would best suit your needs and provide an approximate cost estimate right away.

I generally strive not to charge for travel expenses, but given the rising costs these days, I sometimes apply a small travel fee when necessary. Please include the location details of your shoot in the contact form, and I will let you know if a travel charge will apply. Naturally, the larger the overall project, the more likely I am to waive any travel fees.

Absolutely — professionalism is key. I provide a contract in both Czech and English, and I’m happy to tailor it to your specific needs or review your own contract if you prefer. While having a contract is standard practice in professional photography, the most important thing for me is your satisfaction and comfort throughout the process.

GDPR compliance is covered in the contract in the standard way. At the same time, I do require permission to use some photographs for my marketing and portfolio purposes. I am a discreet professional, so a simple verbal notice that photos cannot be used publicly is sufficient. However, if you prefer, we can also include this restriction formally in the contract to ensure your peace of mind.

I deliver your photos as quickly as possible, and I keep communication open regarding timelines—especially when my workload is heavy, which happens often. To speed up the editing process, I incorporate cutting-edge tools like Imagen AI, allowing me to deliver projects exceptionally fast upon request. While this isn’t always possible for every job, leveraging the latest technology helps me meet tight deadlines when it matters most.

I deliver your photos professionally, discreetly, and securely via a password-protected online gallery. There, you can download all images in their maximum resolution. For years, I’ve used and trusted an unlimited cloud service on SmugMug, where I keep all galleries online and accessible in full quality for over five years.
